Bi – Levels and Split Level pose a restriction or limitation on what can be done design wise with these floors plans, at least not without heavy investment. I am working with a Bi-Level now where the owner wants to move the kitchen from the Second floor to the first. There are some major positive considerations that make this investment wise sensible.
